Kiva is a leadership development program grounded in the daily realities of how leadership is practiced—through operations, data, and relationships.
Leadership is not abstract. It is experienced through systems, decisions, and the way work is held across a school community. Kiva invites leaders to examine how operations, information, and responsibility are currently functioning, and how those systems can be redesigned with greater clarity, care, and shared ownership.
Rather than adding new initiatives, Kiva focuses on strengthening what already exists.
