The end of September brought reflection on what the month was really about for me. I thought that I would be providing direction on how to be the best relational leaders you could possibly be, and instead, I found myself reflecting and finding myself through my own courageous self-leadership. I found myself lost between my wants and hopes for my career and future and what reality actually brings. Meanwhile, life just keeps life-ing, and you don’t have a choice but to keep on

August taught me that meaningful connection does not require perfection. Through Qey2 Insights and everyday community conversations, I discovered the courage and value found in learning from one another.
