Meet Kimberly Wardally

Founder Kimberly Wardally brings more than two decades of leadership and management experience across corporate and educational settings.

She holds two master’s degrees in education-related fields, is a credentialed educator, and is certificated in administrative leadership preparation.

Her professional journey includes work in operations, classrooms, school leadership, and regional program management—giving her a unique perspective on how people, systems, and data interact in real organizations.

Kimberly’s approach integrates human-centered leadership, data-informed decision-making, restorative practices, and practical systems alignment to support meaningful and lasting change.
