Kayra: Youth Leadership Development

Kayra is a youth leadership development program designed to strengthen school culture through intentional structures for student voice, belonging, and responsibility.

 

Kayra recognizes students as active contributors to school culture not future leaders, but current ones. The program provides clear, supportive systems that ensure student groups are seen, supported, and meaningfully included, rather than relying on informal or inconsistent approaches to engagement.
