Kaylo: Classroom Essentials for Learning

Kaylo helps educators strengthen classroom instruction, use data thoughtfully, and build relationships that support student learning and belonging.

Through structured reflection and collaborative planning, educators examine their existing practices and develop practical ways to respond to students’ strengths, identities, and learning needs.

How We Support Educators

  • Instruction: Maintain access to grade-level learning while designing responsive supports and culturally relevant learning experiences.

  • Data: Use numerical evidence, observations, and student perspectives together to understand learning and plan next steps.

  • Relationships: Strengthen classroom trust, belonging, and shared responsibility while balancing care with clear expectations.

  •

What Educators Work Toward

Clearer instructional decisions, more consistent practices across classrooms, and learning environments where students feel valued, supported, and challenged.

Ways to Work Together

Classroom Insights & Action Roadmap
Begin with data collection and a professional learning session to explore initial findings, gather educator perspectives, and identify priorities together. Administrators and teachers receive a findings summary and practical roadmap that builds on strengths and addresses areas for improvement.

Professional Learning & Teacher Coaching
Includes the assessment and roadmap, followed by a focused PD session and three workshops paced across one or two quarters to accommodate school schedules. Individual coaching supports selected teachers as they apply strategies in their classrooms.

Yearlong Classroom Learning Partnership
Includes the assessment, learning series, and teacher coaching, plus two additional PD sessions informed by progress and emerging needs. Grade-level team planning and end-of-year preparation workshops help educators use data to prepare for the coming year and support students’ transitions between grades and into middle or high school.
